This is the same for 6th, 7th and 8th grads. Feel free to teach these to your parents or younger siblings.
Try to perform this routine one time for each day out of PE class. This will simulate your regular time for PE class. This can be done 3-5 times a week for extra benifit.
Huskies Jacks (Jumping jacks)-- 2 times through or 30 total
Cherry Pickers-- 10
Grasshoppers--30 (15 each leg)
Push Up--30 Total- (3 second cadence) Do as many in a row as you can. Rest for 5 seconds and start again.
Do these skills for a distance of 15 yards, 1-2 times.
8-12 minutes of continous jogging.
