Hello Husky Families!
While still in the 25-26 school year, we are already thinking about the 26-27 school year and registration!
Our online registration system is called Infinite Campus (IC). Once you have logged into the system, you can register all of your students at the same time, which includes NEW students (for example, a new Kindergarten sibling) and CURRENT/RETURNING students. Be sure you are in the correct SCHOOL YEAR 26-27.
***If you are registering a NEW Kindergarten student with us for Fall 26-27, you can do so beginning 3/30/26. This would mean you currently do NOT have any students who attend HES.
***If you are ADDING a Kindergarten student to your existing household with students who already attend HES, you can update information for all current students and add your new Kinder student on 3/30/26.
You will be required to upload documents, such as:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Proof of address. Allowable documents for this would be: utility bill with your name/address, home deed/renter agreement, etc.
*If you are not able to upload these documents, you can complete registration online and bring these documents to the elementary school main office before the first day of school in August, 8/18.
There will also be several pieces of information you will need to complete registration:
- Emergency contact information: this is a person OTHER than a parent/guardian that we can contact in the event we cannot reach the parent/guardian. This is incredibly important - it can be a neighbor, family friend who is close by, grandparent, etc.
- Your home address AND your mailing address
*Home address is your physical address. We need this information for transportation purposes.
*Mailing address is your physical address OR a PO Box. We need this information for mailing information to you.
- Information regarding your student’s health record, such as medications, allergies, etc.

STEP-BY-STEP REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
>To parents/guardians for ALL returning student(s) (even those families who have current students and are ADDING a Kindergarten student) please access the parent portal to register your student(s). To get started, please use the hyperlink> EXISTING FAMILIES and access your parent portal. AVAILABLE 3/30/26. Be sure to choose the 26-27 school year!
>To our parents/guardians with new student(s) enrolling in Weld Re-9 School District please use the hyperlink > IN DISTRICT NEW FAMILIES. AVAILABLE 3/30/26. Be sure to choose the 26-27 school year!

¡Aún estamos en el año escolar 25-26, ya estamos pensando en el año escolar 26-27 y en la inscripción!
Nuestro sistema de registro en línea se llama Infinite Campus (IC). Una vez que haya iniciado sesión en el sistema, puede registrar a todos sus estudiantes al mismo tiempo, lo que incluye estudiantes NUEVOS (por ejemplo, un nuevo hermano de jardín de infantes) y estudiantes ACTUALES/RETORNADOS. Asegúrese de estar en el AÑO ESCOLAR 26-27 correcto.
***Si está registrando a un NUEVO estudiante de jardín de infantes con nosotros para el otoño 26 y 27, puede hacerlo a partir del 3/30/26. Esto significaría que actualmente NO tiene ningún estudiante que asista a HES.
*** Si está AGREGANDO un estudiante de jardín de infantes a su hogar actual con estudiantes que ya asisten a HES, puede actualizar la información de todos los estudiantes actuales y agregar su nuevo estudiante de jardín de infantes del 3/30/36.
Se le pedirá que cargue documentos, tales como:
-certificado de nacimiento
-registros de inmunización
-comprobante de domicilio Los documentos permitidos para esto serían: factura de servicios públicos con su nombre/dirección, escritura de la vivienda/contrato de arrendamiento, etc.
*Si no puede cargar estos documentos, puede completar el registro en línea y traer estos documentos a la oficina principal de la escuela primaria antes del primer día de clases en agosto 18th.
También habrá varios datos que necesitará para completar el registro:
-información de contacto de emergencia: esta es una persona que NO es un padre/tutor a la que podemos contactar en caso de que no podamos comunicarnos con el padre/tutor. Esto es increíblemente importante: puede ser un vecino, un amigo de la familia cercano, un abuelo, etc.
-la dirección de su casa Y su dirección postal
*la dirección de su casa es su dirección física. Necesitamos esta información para fines de transporte.
*la dirección postal es su dirección física O un apartado de correos. Necesitamos esta información para enviarle información por correo.
-información sobre el registro de salud de su estudiante, como medicamentos, alergias, etc.

>Para los padres o tutores de TODOS los estudiantes que regresan (incluso aquellas familias que ya tienen estudiantes inscritos y van a INCORPORAR a un estudiante de Kínder): por favor, accedan al portal para padres para registrar a su(s) estudiante(s). Para comenzar, utilicen el hipervínculo > FAMILIAS EXISTENTES y accedan a su portal para padres. DISPONIBLE a partir del 30/03/26. ¡Asegúrense de seleccionar el año escolar 26-27!
A nuestros padres y tutores con estudiantes nuevos que se inscriben en el Distrito Escolar Weld Re-9: por favor, utilicen el hipervínculo > FAMILIAS NUEVAS DENTRO DEL DISTRITO. DISPONIBLE A PARTIR DEL 30/03/26. ¡Asegúrense de seleccionar el año escolar 26-27!
