26-27 School Year Registration Information
While still in the 25-26 school year, we are already thinking about the 26-27 school year and registration!
Start by going to the Enrollments Box/Tab on the district website:
Our online registration system is called Infinite Campus (IC). Once you have logged into the system, you can register all of your students at the same time, which includes NEW students (for example, a new Kindergarten sibling) and CURRENT/RETURNING students. Be sure you are in the correct SCHOOL YEAR 26-27.
***If you are registering a NEW Kindergarten student with us for Fall 26-27. This would mean you currently do NOT have any students who attend HES.
***If you are ADDING a Kindergarten student to your existing household with students who already attend HES, you can update information for all current students and add your new Kinder student.
You will be required to upload documents, such as:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Proof of address. Allowable documents for this would be: utility bill with your name/address, home deed/renter agreement, etc.
*If you are not able to upload these documents, you can complete registration online and bring these documents to the elementary school main office before the first day of school in August, 8/18.
There will also be several pieces of information you will need to complete registration:
- Emergency contact information: this is a person OTHER than a parent/guardian that we can contact in the event we cannot reach the parent/guardian. This is incredibly important - it can be a neighbor, family friend who is close by, grandparent, etc.
- Your home address AND your mailing address
*Home address is your physical address. We need this information for transportation purposes.
*Mailing address is your physical address OR a PO Box. We need this information for mailing information to you.
3. Information regarding your student’s health record, such as medications, allergies, etc.
