Full Site Overlot Grading Complete
Site Sanitary 90% Complete
Water Loop and Hydrants Complete
Foundations in Area D (Athletic Wing) 50% Complete
Masonry Starter Coarse at ES and MS Gym Complete
Foundations Started in Area E ( Elementary Classroom Wing)

4 Week Look Ahead:

Run Fire and Domestic Water Into the Building
Back Fill Area D (Athletic Wing) Foundations
Install Shallow Underground Utilities in Area D (Plumbing and Electrical)
Pour Concrete Slabs in ES and MS Gyms
Prep and Pour Foundations in Area E ( Elementary Classroom Wing)
Start Backfill of Foundations in Area E

Current Construction Happenings 11/07/2025:

Earthwork:
- Approximately 115,000 cubic yards of dirt will be moved onsite. For reference, that’s about 3.1 million cubic feet—enough to cover a football field (including end zones) 54 feet deep, or roughly 7,700 dump truck loads (at 15 CY per load).
Utilities:
- Around 12,000 linear feet of water, sewer, and storm piping will be installed onsite. That’s about 2.3 miles in total length, or roughly 40 football fields placed end-to-end.
- 1^st Ave utility work is tracking to be complete Nov/Dec and road open to public mid-Dec.
Building:
- Excavating for building foundation is scheduled to start this month with the first concrete pour at the end of November.
- Structural Concrete Masonry Units will start February and run through May. This will allow for structural steel installation to start in May.
