About Me!

  •  Hello. My name is Tad McMillan. I am one of the current Agriculture Instructors and FFA Advisors at Highland High School. I was born and raised in Powell, WY just 70 miles east of Yellowstone Park and 20 south of the Montana border. I am married and have 3 children, 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

  • My hobbies include but are not limited to livestock shows, gardening and working in the yard as well as spending time at the lake on my pontoon.

  • I graduated from Powell High School, and then attend North West Community College where I graduated with an Associates of Science in Agricultural Education. I completed my education at the University of Wyoming and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education. While attending UW, I was a Cowboy Joe handler and escorted the pinto pony around the football field every time the Cowboys scored.

  • I really enjoy the community the Highland High School serves and thought that I could be a positive contributor to the success of Highland Students.

  • This will be my fifth year as a teacher at Highland High School.
