Hello. My name is Tad McMillan. I am one of the current Agriculture Instructors and FFA Advisors at Highland High School. I was born and raised in Powell, WY just 70 miles east of Yellowstone Park and 20 south of the Montana border. I am married and have 3 children, 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
My hobbies include but are not limited to livestock shows, gardening and working in the yard as well as spending time at the lake on my pontoon.
I graduated from Powell High School, and then attend North West Community College where I graduated with an Associates of Science in Agricultural Education. I completed my education at the University of Wyoming and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education. While attending UW, I was a Cowboy Joe handler and escorted the pinto pony around the football field every time the Cowboys scored.
I really enjoy the community the Highland High School serves and thought that I could be a positive contributor to the success of Highland Students.
This will be my fifth year as a teacher at Highland High School.
