Hello! My name is Shelbie Jones-Meline. I began working in Special Education in 2021, and this is my first year at Highland Elementary as a Special Education teacher. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Special Education from the University of Northern Colorado. I’m excited to be part of the Highland community and to work alongside such dedicated families and staff.

Outside of school, I love all things outdoors—camping, fishing, running, playing just about any sport, and spending quality time with friends and family. I am passionate about meeting my students where they are and helping them grow to reach their full potential. I’m proud to be a Husky!
