                                         Highland Food Services Department

Hello Husky families! Below are a few updates from Highland’s Food Services Department.

-   All school meals will continue to be free for the 24-25 school year. That being said, we do still encourage families to fill out a meal application as this helps with school funding and helps families with other school related fees. This year that application will look a bit different as we will be using something called a FEDS form rather than the traditional Free and Reduced Meal Applications. These are available in paper form in any school office or via the link below.

-   We are updating our point of sale system in the cafeterias! Rather than going through Infinite Campus to access students accounts, you will now go through LINQ Connect. As mentioned above all meals are free this year so you will not need to add funds to students accounts for meals, however, we do offer A La Carte items at the middle and high school level so you may add funds to allow your students to purchase extra food. Follow these steps to set up your student’s meal accounts with LINQ Connect:

1. REGISTER: Register for an account at https://linqconnect.com or sign up using the mobile app. You must provide a valid email address to gain access.

2. VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT: Verify your account by clicking on the email verification link sent to your email address.

3. SIGN IN: Now you can sign in on the website or in the mobile app using your email and password.

Please note that you will be asked to choose your district when registering an account, we are listed as Weld County or you can search for the district using our district number; 303002. You will also need your child/ children’s Student ID to link them to the account. If you don’t know the student ID and have registered your student for the 24-25 school year online you can find the ID by logging into your Infinite Campus parent portal, select more in the sidebar on the left, then choose Online Registration and review the registration.

You can refer to the LINQ Connect Parent Resource Portal for further assistance, or feel free to reach out to me with any questions!
