High School Counselor, Raeden Gianopoulos
Hi there & welcome! I am the Highland High School Counselor, Mrs. Gianopoulos. I am a Colorado (Fort Collins) native and I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado where I completed both my undergraduate degree in Psychology and my master's degree in School Counseling. I married my high school sweetheart, George, and we recently bought a house in Wellington where we are settling in with our pup, Toni Rigatoni. I enjoy spending time in the mountains, trying out new recipes, laughing with friends & family, and going to concerts. My counseling philosophy is grounded in the belief that change is possible, suffering is impermanent, and people are resilient. My goal with the students of the Highland community is to provide them with a safe and comforting space to share their thoughts, ideas, opinions, feelings and emotions with an adult they can trust. I am grateful to be here & look forward to working with you all.
