Mr. Tad McMillan
Hello. My name is Tad McMillan. I am one of the current Agriscience Instructors and FFA Advisors at Highland High School. I was born and raised in Powell, WY, just 70 miles east of Yellowstone Park and 20 south of the Montana border. I am married and have 3 children and 10 grandchildren.
My hobbies include, but are not limited to, livestock shows, gardening and working in the yard, as well as spending time at the lake on my pontoon. I graduated from Powell High School, and then attended North West Community College, where I graduated with an Associates of Science in Agricultural Education. I completed my education at the University of Wyoming and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education. While attending UW, I was a Cowboy Joe handler and escorted the pinto pony around the football field every time the Cowboys scored.
I really enjoy the community that Highland High School serves and thought that I would be a positive contributor to the success of Highland Students.
