Steps to Complete by May 16, 2025:

Yes, you still must complete these steps if you are not returning to the district next year.

1. Select Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverages through CEBT (You only need to complete this step if you're making changes to your medical, dental, and/or vision plan or adding or removing dependents!)

2. Meet with American Fidelity *MANDATORY FOR ALL EMPLOYEES WORKING MORE THAN 4 HOURS PER DAY!*

Sign up TO MEET WITH AN American Fidelity Representative Meetings are available 5/6-5/10 from 7:30 AM-4:00 PM and will be in person and virtually.

3. Complete your enrollment with the district *MANDATORY FOR ALL FULL-TIME STAFF*

Email a copy of your medical card if you have outside coverage  you'd like to keep to Lisa Todd (ltodd@weldre9.org) or attach it to the District Open Enrollment Form.
