Hello,

My name is Joel Chase. I was born and raised in Wyoming. My wife and I moved to Colorado 20 years ago from South Dakota, which is where I earned my undergrad degrees in Exercise Science and Physical Education. In 2020 I completed my Masters degree from Northern Colorado.This is my 14th year teaching in the Highland school district, but just my 3rd year at the middle school.  I have a daughter who is a sophmore and a son who is in 6th grade. As much as I love teaching games and sports in PE, my passion is the fitness component; exercise, strength and conditioning, weight training and power lifting.
