Huskies, I am excited for my first year teaching PE at Highland High School. I grew up in the small town of Lewes, Delaware before studying Public Health at the University of South Florida and completing my Master's at Colorado State University. My purpose for joining Highland is to create a healthier community by encouraging students to embrace physical activity. 

I also coach Cross Country at Highland and am confident I can help build a successful running program. I've coached athletes of all ages in swimming, biking, and running. Outside of school, I often dedicate my time to triathlon training. I'm entering my third year of racing as a professional triathlete. I thoroughly enjoy every facet of the sport, from the social interactions and the connections I've made to the hard work triathlon entails. 

I look forward to working with the students at Highland and growing with this community!
