Hello,

My name is Melanie Fye and I am a 7th grade Language Arts teacher at Highland Middle School. I am excited to be in the classroom with students everyday. I want to get to know students to share my knowledge with them on a daily basis.  I believe in starting everyday with a positive attitude. 

I spent my first two years of college playing softball at two different junior colleges. I then spent three years at University of Northern Colorado studying English Secondary Education. I graduated from UNC in the spring of 2024 with my bachelors in English Secondary Education.  In my free time I spend time with family, go hunting, fishing, and camping. I have a pug named Goliath who is my whole world.
